Around the Hohenwarte-Reservoir there are many possibilities for an active vacation. The quality of the water is good to take a bath or go for swimming. A hiking trail is just beside the site and invites you for short or long distance tours. Discover the beautiful surroundings among the trails.

You will find the children's playground directly on the beach. Please, be informed, the beach is not guarded.

Permissions for fishing are available at www.LAVT.de. Please, don't forget your fishing license.
